In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Audo faced the challenge of strengthening its digital presence and developing innovative solutions to optimize the sales process. The industry was previously characterized by many in-person meetings, which were no longer possible, so the process had to shift to a digital format.

In response to this challenge, we created a completely new sales tool “Xtools”, designed to be both time-saving and visually impressive. The tool was developed with a focus on surprising the user through a sleek and functional design, while simultaneously enhancing the overall user experience.

As part of a larger rebranding effort, this also included a redesign of their e-commerce platform. This process took place following a name change, the acquisition of a new company, and changes in ownership. The rebranding covered both visual identity and functionality, resulting in a completely new e-commerce site that effectively supported both B2B and B2C sales activities.

The result has been a significant strengthening of Audo’s B2B business and a notable improvement in their B2C sales through the updated e-commerce platform.
